Bullets and additional targets are sold separately. The Groupon included a Gun, protection for eyes and ears, and 1 target. I quickly got over that fear after I shot a few rounds. Which initially I was opposed to since I had never fired a gun before and was concerned about shooting my eye out.

They do try to up sell you pretty regularly to rent a full auto machine gun.
First thing when we walked we were greeted by a very friendly staff and within minutes we were on our way to shooting. But once I got over that, this was a very nice experience and nothing what I expected a gun range to be. Saw their deal on Groupon and gave the whole gun a shot ! Walking into this place I was a little caught off guard on how easy it is to get your hands on a firearm. There are lots of places I can spend my shooting dollars, and I will not choose to spend them at a place that’s not friendly to legal carry. I will definitely not be back and will discourage others from going. The facility was fairly nice and clean and well-kept, though it’s only 20 yards long - most indoor ranges are 25 or greater.
#QUICKSHOT BUCKHEAD HOW TO#
I know how to clear my firearms and move them a lane over without violating any safety rules, I did get them here on my own after all. When our target carrier failed and we had to switch lanes, the RSO insisted that we couldn’t move our own guns between lanes, it had to be done by an employee. The range safety officer was nice, but did spend a lot of time going over rules which I already know like the back of my hand. Open carry is legal in Georgia for anyone who has a carry license, and this is the only range I’ve ever been to which wasn’t friendly to it. They did note that they specifically prohibit open carry, which is insane. I was aghast - did they really not allow concealed carry here? At a range? The staff did explain that they don’t care «as long as they can’t see it», but the sign didn’t specify that. First off, there’s a sign on the door that says «holstered firearms must be unloaded with the slide locked back». I’m not sure if they do it because they are trying to cater exclusively to brand-new shooters, or if they have rough clientele who need to be supervised, but either way it’s annoying. At this range, they will treat you like a child the entire time. If you’re a gun enthusiast, are in favor of legal concealed carry, or have been shooting more than twice in your life, you are better off somewhere else.
